For a fiction short story I decided to write Paper Pills by Sherwood Anderson. I changed my story because the other stories I read did not interest me. This story is short compared to the first story I had in mind which was "The Rats in the Walls". Another story I had in mind of writing was "Happy Endings" by Margaret Atwood. I was undecided but I chose "Paper Pills". I came across this short story while finding a book in the library. The short story is in a book called short shorts an anthology of the shortest stories it is edited by Irving Howe and Ilana Wiener Howe. What instantly attracted me to this story is the title "Paper Pills", the title allows your mind to explore and wonder what exactly is this story about.
