Blog Entry 5: Essay 3 Preview

For essay three, I understand that we will have to write a precise detailed essay about a song or poem of our choice. I believe this means to furthermore our research on introducing the author and analyzing the poem/song. I'm confused about the poetic form because let's say I choose to write about a song and that song doesn't include any number of lines, etc. I'm not sure I would be able to provide that in my essay. The other general sections seem to be clear and understandable. In this upcoming essay, I wish to write about a poem, considering that I already wrote about a song. However, I am undecided and might lead towards writing about another song.
